On 16, 17 June 1910. Savarkar’s lawyers made an application to the Court of Appeal in London to overturn the ruling of the High Court, under Section 10 of Fugitive Offenders’ Act. Predictably, the British Government.objected (Savarkar Ex parte). The application was heard and dismissed, paving the way for Savarkar’s extradition to India to stand trial.
